INVESTBANK digitally onboarded 1000 new-to-bank customers and sold 400 credit cards in less than 3 months of launching the new digital customer onboarding and credit card request journeys.

INVESTBANK in Jordan pioneers partnering with Tiresias and decides to acquire Tiresias Theatre Technology Platform (3TP) to power their innovative digital journey. The bank has been active in the Jordanian market since 1982 and has a modern network of branches and digital channels with a continuous determination and dedication to create innovative financial solutions and new ways of banking empowered by exceptional service and the latest technology.

The first utilization of 3TP was challenging due to the size and complexity of 2 big yet critical to the service processes: Onboarding new-to-bank customers and handling customers request for credit cards. Nevertheless, the project was delivered in a record time and the newly digitally engineered processes were moved to the production environment of 4 channels – mobile, web, direct sales tablets and branch – in less than 40 days.
